In the book Alpha and Omega of Trikonasana Prashant Iyengar names seven paradigms (modes) of practice that can be applied by the sadhaka (aspirant). Prashant makes the observation that Iyengar Yoga students are often caught in a ‘hurricane of doing’ .....
